Humanitarian Law Centre Belgrade Contract
This contract is entered into between the Humanitarian Law Centre Belgrade, hereinafter referred to as “HLCB”, and the undersigned party, hereinafter referred to as “the Client.”

WHEREAS, HLCB is a reputable legal organization providing humanitarian and legal assistance in Belgrade; and
WHEREAS, the Client wishes to engage the services of HLCB for legal representation and support;
Article I: Scope of Services
HLCB agrees to provide legal assistance, representation, and support to the Client in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Article II: Legal Representation
HLCB shall represent the Client in all legal matters pertaining to humanitarian law and human rights, and shall act in the best interests of the Client at all times.
Article III: Confidentiality
Both HLCB and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of their engagement, and to not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the express consent of the other party.
Article IV: Termination
This contract may be terminated by either party with written notice, and HLCB shall complete all ongoing legal matters and provide the Client with all necessary documentation upon termination of the contract.
Article V: Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from this contract, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Belgrade.
