Contract for Law Enforcement Jobs in Pittsburgh, PA

This contract is entered into by and between the City of Pittsburgh, hereinafter referred to as “the City,” and the individual seeking employment as a law enforcement officer, hereinafter referred to as “the Officer.”

Whereas, the City is seeking to hire qualified individuals to serve as law enforcement officers in Pittsburgh, PA; and Whereas, the Officer is seeking employment as a law enforcement officer in Pittsburgh, PA; and Whereas, both parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.

Terms Conditions

1. Employment Status The Officer agrees to serve as a law enforcement officer for the City of Pittsburgh and to uphold the laws and regulations of the City and the state of Pennsylvania.
2. Compensation The City agrees to compensate the Officer at a rate consistent with the collective bargaining agreement and the City`s pay scale for law enforcement officers.
